I want him to be the one.
I want him to be my everything.
I didn’t expect to be rescued from the worst night of my life by the most amazing man I’d ever seen.
His name is Nick, and he says he wants to take care of me, says he’ll look after me, says I don’t need to be alone anymore.
He treats me like a princess, like the fragile little girl he saved from the cold.
But I like him… I like him like that.
I’ve never liked anyone like that before…
It’s like I can’t decide how we’re supposed to be… what we are…
Until he says the words…
Call me Daddy.
I don’t issue this warning lightly. 😀
Well well well. Jade West is always so interesting. Everything she writes just fascinates me. I went into Call Me Daddy with a very open mind after reading the warning. It’s something you should definitely do if you plan on reading this. I love a good kink smutty read and this is for sure that, but it’s something else too and not for everyone.
“Sugar and spice and all things nice….”
Laine is your typical young naive college girl. Pretty much all on her own with a mother that couldn’t care less and no real father figure in her life. There were times when her character felt like an act and others she genuinely seemed *that* innocent. She confused me at times but the good girl thing looks good on her…..
“Her innocence hides such a dirty little minx, just begging to be coaxed out into the open.”
….It especially looks good to Nick. Nick becomes Laine’s night in shining armor and saves her from something that could have ended badly. With money, a nice place to stay, and the feelings he gives her…. she feels safe with him and just wants to be loved. Loved like she never has before.
“We’re different. Two people who find what they need in each other. In the most… unusual of circumstances.”
The ending really surprised me. I wanted more of *that* Nick and Laine. The daddy-little girl game was good when they were playing that role but I wanted to see them out of it more. They were so real together and I think I would have liked that Nick a lot more than Daddy Nick.
There is a TON of smokin hot sex. At some points it felt like lines were blurred and it felt wrong to like it but oh so right!
Taboo, taboo, taboo. It’s all right here.
If you don’t have daddy issues before reading, you will now 😉
Jade has increasingly less to say about herself as time goes on, other than the fact she is an author, but she’s happy with this fact.
She has a red living room, decorated with far more zebra print than most people could bear and fights a constant battle with her addiction to Coca-Cola.
